At BATIK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal fashion purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the inclusive dust bag is included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
